What Was I Thinking?

So, I just installed windows at home. It seemed like the logical thing to do. Everyone else on my block has done it. So, I worked from home that day and a crew of nice people came to do the installation for me. First of all, I was shocked that windows cost so much, and then on top of it, I was amazed that it took an entire crew to do the installation. When they were done, everything looked wonderful, it was just like in the ads. And, in fact, everything worked wonderfully, too. I was very excited about my new windows. But then, this started to happen:

Window with blue screen of death
First, I thought it was only a one-time thing. You know, maybe some sort of conflict with the prior infrastructure. Or maybe they just needed to be cleaned. But no such luck. It just kept happening. Now I regret the whole thing. Frankly, I don't care how pretty they are and all the neat things you can do with them if they keep ending up in an unusable state like this. Next time I'm going with Linux. Or maybe I should get a Mac. I don't know. I just can't stand this blue screen of death anymore.
